There will be a 'mobile friendly' web version released in Feb 2012 alongside the official Apple and Android releases. This will allow you to access to the app via any web enabled phone, the iPad, or even a laptop.

If you have entered your departure station and cannot find your destination, this is probably because you have to change on route. Mynet does not yet support this function, so you will have to enter all individual stages of your journey.
Remember, Mynet is not a journey planner. You need to have an established journey (e.g. your morning commute) where you know your departure and arrival station to add a journey.
You certainly can. Go to the settings screen within your Twitter account, and select 'Applications'. Within the list of approved applications you will find 'Mynet Travel' where you can 'Revoke Access'.
